*Apologies for cross posting*
We've been trying to find an answer to this all day - I'd be grateful for
any suggestions........
If an in-depth interview with a member of staff with an outside assessor is
recorded on audio tape for posterity:
(1) who owns the copyright of this tape - the company, the individual or
the assessor?
(2) Should the interviewee sign a clearance form beforehand?
(3) Can the copyright holder determine how the tape is subsequently used?
(4) Does the holding of this information on audio tape breach any data
protection laws - both of the company and of the individual?
thanks
Fiona
