Hi,
I require some clarification about what I need to do to get the benefits of
CrossRef linking for my users.
>From what I understand at the moment I need to contact each of the
publishers involved in this initiative and let them know with which of the
CrossRef publishers my institution has an electronic agreement with. This
does sound like more work for already stressed out librarians!
Is this true? Will this also includes those cases where we have electronic
access to individual titles as part of our current print subscriptions and
not as part of any deal.
If it is can the relevant publishers please let me know who in their
organisation I should approach with this information? I'd rather not waste
time going to the wrong people.
Also can I please have clarification of what information I need to provide
to the respective publishers?
Cheers
Lesley
