I'd heard that the proforma might be better for such situations, as it would
allow more of a bullet-point summary covering each post, with the opportunity
to elaborate more fully at the interview. I though I was bad, qualifying 5
years ago and having 2 jobs. I agree it would be hard to discuss the
aims`n'objectives of 6 libraries within the PDR wordcount!
