Hi Mandy
I'm in a similar situation. I was advised that I didn't
need to relate each aspect of the PDR to each job. As long
as I could discuss, for example, management within the
context of one job, I didn't need to repeat myself for each
other position. Obviously you still have to give an
overview of each position.
I dodn't think I'm explaining myself very clearly - sorry.
I'll be interested to hear other comments/views on this
