Hi there
Has anyone any pearly words of wisdom on how to deal with changing jobs
within the PDR. I am now in job 3 and at the weekend started writing my
PDR. However, I am conscious already of the fact that in having to discuss
3 sets of mission statements etc I am tying myself in knots. (Each job has
been in a different sector - business, university and now government.)
I scanned the archives of this list and found some good advise on how
comparisons and differences can be made between jobs but
HELP! How on earth can you then keep the word count down?! How can you
keep yourself sane??
