Also, I find your view rather elitist. People are too stupid to

Are you also willing to accept the possible negative outcome of such a
position? What if the response is so overwhelmingly negative that even
research into this "Bad Technology" is prohibited. Perhaps, it is too
soon to be using GE foods commercially, but with more research maybe it
