Hey there Shooby Doo Wop, can you back this up?  Where is the post
(actually try looking in the archives this time) where Jim states that

1.  Some people are bad.

2.  Some of these people are environmentalist.

3.  Therefore all environmentalist are bad.

I do believe you have mischaracterized Jim's argument (i.e. put words in
his mouth, or if you'd like lets call it a Straw man argument).

Where is the intimidation?  You haven't shown us any intimidation, just
stated it as fact.  However, this is a claim that should be supported by
some evidence.  You know, something along the lines of Budiansky writting,
"...you had better believe this or I am goning to come over and kick your
butt."  Now that would be intimidation (well if I thought he actually
meant to do it).
