I think I understand. I wasn't implying that I thought *you* were saying
that some people should be considered economically over others,
enviromental-ethically speaking. I was, however, implying that an
exclusivity does exist in such considerations. In other words, I think
inherent in the decision to include economic welfare in environmentally
ethical concerns (which decision should be made, imo) exists a prior
decision to consider all peoples, and not just a select few (which is the
present case in fact).
