Now of course being a consumer society poses a whole and another problem.
How "much" we use, want and consume. That's where I think the marketing
problem comes in. Society expects us to live to a certain standard. This
standard of living
has raised our quality of lives in one respect in terms of ownership, and
health.
But the sacrifice of the use of goods, is a damaged property (earth). I heard
someone mention a value ethic. I was curious as to how it would be applied to
our current day situation?
