If you use R-CODA as an output processor you can do this sort of thing.
All the graphics functions are designed so that the user can modify the
default graphics parameters, so you could do, for example:
x <- read.bugs()
traceplot(x[,"beta"], ylim=c(-3,3), col="blue")
You must know the S language in order to use this flexibility. It is
not available from the menu-driven interface.
