Some importante dates for the diaries of all ye who dare venture North
unless already happily ensconed in the heart of England's hinterland. All
these events are at Dean Clough, Halifax.
Robert Clark's exhibition Plans for the Real World Parts 1-12 at the Henry
Moore Foundation Studio begins 29th April -17th June. (Open Tues-Sun
12.00noon - 5.00.) This is a major show for Robert as they only show the
mega famous. So buy those copies of Spilt Cities now before they double in
price!
A posh & proper art book by Robert will be available from the gallery or
the Cornerhouse bookshop Manchester.
Not yet priced but probably about 11 quid for 92 pp - can't be bad.
OnTuesday 16th May Robert will talk about his work and this will be followed
by a performance by Aaron Williamson. Space is limited so phone to check
crowd control on 0113 247 0505
Also on 13th of May (yes, same place, it's all go in the frozen north,
folks) there is an Artist's Bookfair which apparently attracts hundreds.
Alan and I will be there flogging what we can and we take heed of Lawrence's
experience so we will go armed with a fly swotter and wap anyone who balks
at the sight of too many words. Thanks for the warning Lawrence.
See you all in Hell or Halifax but not Hull,
Geraldine.
