Centre's current work in genetics concentrates on mapping genes involved in
behaviour and therefore involves analysis of linkage and association data
and applying methods for detecting quantitative trait loci. The Centre is
also engaged in a variety of projects based on twin and family data using
structural equation modeling and related approaches.

>Previous experience in one or more of these areas would be valuable, but
we are willing to consider applications from general statisticians of
proven merit who are prepared to acquire the specific skills needed for the
