CAN YOU MANAGE A MAJOR SURVEY?
SURVEY MANAGER
Up to £31,000 + PRP + relocation Edinburgh
As the national housing agency in Scotland, Scottish Homes has helped to attract some £1.3 billion of private investment into social housing, building 40,000 new homes and transferring 42,000 of our own homes into community ownership. Now the third Scottish House Condition Survey is getting underway, we are preparing to build up the team. This survey is critical to influencing the future strategy in Scotland and follows those in 1991 and 1996 which investigated national housing conditions on behalf of the Scottish Executive. Set up home with us for a contracted period of up to three years and you'll experience the highest levels of success, involvement and impact.
In frequent contact with senior people both internally and externally, you'll be the key contact for the SHCS 2002, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of the survey and all aspects of its procurement and management. You'll oversee the management of survey contract, data analysis and dissemination to ensure the survey objectives are achieved. This is a prestigious role, so it's crucial that you're a graduate with substantial project management experience and a good knowledge of survey methodology and data analysis.
In return, we offer a competitive benefits package including relocation assistance.
