Modules - to students individually only.
Awards - publicly (successful students only) and individually; award lists are
displayed and students have access to their result via a phone line and their
web-based Personal Information Page (PIP).

They happen on the same date.

No. But students have individual PIPs (see 1. above) accessible over the Web by
password.
