Hello, Desmond--I wanted to thank you for your post about
"Nation language" of a couple of weeks ago, to which I
didn't respond then because of having to go out of town
(and offline). I'd love to know more about this--and about
this "Dub Poetry Genre" too--if you'd be willing to elaborate
on one or both, front- or back-channel. Thanks--Candice
P.S. I've got a poem forthcoming in the Sept. (music) issue
of _Stand_ that's written in what I think of as "reggae
syntax," including quotes from/allusions to some of The
Profet's songs, but this was a wholly autodidactic effort
on my part, hence my request for more information (read: real
education!) from you.
