I am applying (or trying to apply) Best Value and Audit Commission
recommendations to review our record office's fees and charges: copying
charges and research fees essentially. I would be interested to know
whether any publicly funded record offices have:
1) Concessions for certain users of these specific services e.g. the
unemployed, and if so, what they are
2) Higher than usual fees for services in certain circumstances e.g. fast
track service, business users
If people want to answer off list, I'll summarise what responses I get.
