Hello
In this very old publication you can find data on hallstatt domestic fowl
l'A.F.E.A.F. : 253-266. 25 fig.
I think you can download via ning. If not, say me.
I have also hallstatt domestic fowl in more recent Hallstatt settlement not
published near Reims. And I think it could be very usefull to talk with P
Méniel and Ginette Auxiette who are more specialized on this period.
For the bronze age you can see with Adrian. In the only one bronze age
settlement Roeux (see ning), I study, there were no domestic fowl.
cheers

Dear Oliver,
Has this evidence for the early occurrence of domestic fowl in Alsace been
published?
Thank you,
Sean.

Dear All, domestic fowl is present in the East of France, in Alsace, around
500 BC (chronological context Hallstatt D3 - La Tène A ). All the best,
Olivier.
