sorry I forgot to ask thess.
(1).
Since I have dozens of subjects, I tried to use wrapper to run gPPI. Say I want to fo it in 3 subjects, whose SPM.mat folders are in the /Users/me/TEST directory, and the VOI is in the /Users/me/voi. In the wrapper, I set some parameters as below:
------------------------------------
Subjects={'subject1' 'subject2' 'subject3'}
for i=firstsubject:lastsubject;
try
Directory=['/Users/me/TEST/' subjects{i}];
cd(Directory)
P.subject=Subjects{i};
P.directory=Directory;
%User input required (change analysis to be more specific)
save([Subjects{i} 'gPPI_analysis_' region{regionnumber} '.mat'],'P');
PPPI([Subjects{i} 'gPPI_analysis_' region{regionnumber} '.mat']);
catch
disp(['Failed: ' Subjects{i}])
end
------------------------------------
Are my inputs correct?
I'm also not sure how to start gPPI. I entered ppi_wrapper(1,1,3) in command lines but it failed.
(2).
Before gPPI, it seems that I have to extract eigenvariate time series for each subject. The fMRI data of each subject has been normalized to standard template, and I want to extract time series in a region defined in aal library. Is it possible to extract time series automatically in gPPI? In the tutorial I noticed a file called create_sphere_image [for example, create_sphere_image('SPM.mat',[15 -78 -9],{‘VOI_V2_15_-78_-9’},6)], but I can't find this file.
Thanks for any help.
