Many thanks for sharing that interesting article. I was at the workshop in Liverpool and really found it very interesting. I am hoping to use realist methodology in my research on Special Care Dentistry. Did I hear that you might be coming to Dublin soon? I am in touch with some researchers in Global Health in Trinity College who have been doing some Realist Reviews.
