The Kivuto reports can contain both the paid for software, such as Microsoft WAH copies of Office,  and the downloads which are free. There are a number of reporting options. For instance it is possible to break down the totals by product or whether it is DreamSpark or WAH etc.

Kivuto have an online reporting tool  (looks like MSSQL reporting)   that you can report on total downloads.   We then do a yearly calculation of the value of each thing downloaded and produce a total value report based on that.
