We've not set policy yet but certainly when I spoke to the subject teams about RDA and mentioned the dropping of the 'rule of 3' a lot of them were very enthusiastic about it - and from doing cataloguing training recently, it was something a couple asked if they could just do it now! I think I'd be strongly arguing in favour of it - often we get people coming to the desk with 'scraps' of references and having all the authors/editors would be really useful!

And I'm interested that some have chosen to list all the names while others have chosen to use [and 5 others]. Has anyone thought very much about local policy on this point?
