A mail list for the Jisc Research Network Engineer (RNE) community. Intended audience is network engineers, operators and administrators within Janet-connected sites, as well as research communities who have demanding network requirements, e.g. to move large volumes of data across Janet and beyond. The scope of the community includes local network architectures, software data transfer tools, network monitoring and performance measurement, and evaluation and testing of new emerging solutions in the space.
