UPGRADING JISCMAIL CAPACITY - 22/06/2008

JISCmail was unavailable on Saturday 21st June due to an upgrade of the capacity.
This took longer than anticipated. Apologies for any inconvenience experienced.
All messages sent to JISCmail during this period should have been queued and retried by your mail server.

MESSAGE REJECTION ISSUE - 10/6/2008

Between 1600 and 2100 yesterday (9/6/2008) there was a problem with the virus signatures which affected some HTML messages coming into JISCmail. This has now been resolved.
Apologies for any inconvenience experienced.

UPGRADING JISCMAIL CAPACITY- 4/6/2008

On Saturday 21st June 2008 between 0900 and 1700 we will be upgrading the capacity of the JISCmail service by replacing the disks. During this period there will be no access to JISCmail via the web or via email. Should there be a problem with this procedure we will restore the system although this will take some considerable time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
