CITIESAFTERTRANSITION The 'Cities after Transition' CAT list brings together researchers working on any aspect of transitional cities, but is particularly focused on cities in the socialist Communist and post-socialist worlds. List members work on urbanisation and sub-urbanisation, urban processes and planning, urban cultures and so on within the context of post-socialist transition. The CAT network hosts international conferences.
COMPLEXITY-PLANNING This list supports communication between scholars exploring the complex nature of cities and the complex nature of urban planning. It is linked to the Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP) thematic group on complexity.
CYCLING-AND-SOCIETY This is the discussion and information list of the Cycling and Society Research Group - a cross-disciplinary and multi-institutional group of researchers concerned with cycling and bicycles from a broad range of intellectual perspectives.
DEPTHMAP This list is for discussions of issues to do with the UCL Depthmap software developed by UCL. This software is now in use by over 1500 researchers, students and academics in over 70 countries. Topics include the trivial (how to use certain features) to questions about the direction of future developments, and the active involvement of other institutions.
DESIGN-SPACES-WITH-CHILDREN This list provides an inter-disciplinary, international forum for academics and practitioners to explore the design of spaces used by children and young people. It also constitutes a space where technqiues for encouraging children's participation in design can be discussed.

ECOPLAN Ecoplan is an ESRC-supported seminar series which aims to promote an approach to land use planning based on landscape ecology. The main purpose of the web-based discussion group is to propose an agenda for future research and practice.
ENVPSY The EnvPsy mailing list is for all those interested in environment-behaviour relations. It is the listserv of IAPS. The list will be of interests to psychologists, geographers, planners, architects, sociologists and all other disciplines which have an interest in people-environment transactions.

OASIS-USERS This list is used to make announcements to, and foster discussion between, users of the OASIS form. The OASIS project provides an online index to the mass of archaeological grey literature that has been produced as a result of the advent of large-scale developer funded fieldwork.

URB-GEOG-FORUM This list provides for dialogue on various debates and concerns related to the study of cities and urban geography, and a channel for the dissemination of related information on upcoming conferences, seminars, CFPs, and other events. Maintenance of the list is coordinated by the Urban Geography Research Group (UGRG) of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers), and participation is open to members of the UGRG and anyone else interested in research on cities.
