CRLL-SFLL This list will facilitate further discussion arising from the Scottish Forum on Lifelong Learning. CROW The Centre has been set up to examine the ways in which the talents of older workers can be used to address the skills gaps and shortages in the labour market. In particular, we are interested in the relationship between age, work and learning and the implications of the EU Directive on age discrimination. The Centre is based in the Department of Educational Studies at the University of Surrey in partnership with SEEDA, PRA and NIACE.
