Welcome to the SPPA mailing list website. The list is primarily aimed at postgraduate students at Scottish universities, but anyone with an interest in philosophy in Scotland is very welcome to subscribe. You can join or leave the list or change your subscription settings at any time by choosing the "Manage subscription" link above.

The list is used to publish announcements of news and events of possible interest to SPPA members - usually philosophy conferences, seminars and talks in Scotland - and can be used by any SPPA member for this purpose. You are also welcome to use the list for discussion with other SPPA members. Just email SCOT-PG-PHIL@jiscmail.ac.uk or use the "Post to list" link above.

Non-subscribers are welcome to send philosophy news likely to be of interest to SPPA members to SCOT-PG-PHIL@jiscmail.ac.uk, but you will receive an automatic email asking you to confirm your posting. Click on the URL in that email to send your message to the list.
