Procureweb’s current services include:
CuPID
The Central Universities' Purchasing Information Database (CuPID) is the HE sector's online contract management database. This very powerful resource is available to all HE and FE institutions and RCs, to store local agreement information and to access regional and national agreements. A number of regions are using CuPID to store regional agreement information, as well as many institutions using the system at a local level. CuPID holds in excess of 1000 contracts and contributes to the current annual savings of ~£50M.

Online Questionnaires & Surveys
Procureweb provides a complete web-based service to design and host online surveys and questionnaires. Recipients of the survey or questionnaire simply need a web browser. Responses are collated instantly and electronically. Procureweb then produce detailed reports and statistics, presented in an Excel spreadsheet, XML, or SPSS data file.
Higher Education Library Procurement (HELP) / Further Education Library Procurement
HELP and FELP give anyone involved in procurement open access to experiences, information and ideas. The systems provide the HE and FE communities with a comprehensive library of guidance notes on best practice, model tender documentation and toolkits. They are available on-line through HELP and FELP, web-indexed and searchable web applications for the HE and FE communities.
Both systems are an instant reference source designed to be of real practical help with issues relating to best practice, tender support, legal issues, models used and procurement strategy, indexed under clearly titled topic headings. Deliberately, HELP and FELP are about quality and not quantity: each note is concise yet informative, and cross-referenced with other notes and related documents.
